Welcome to The AI Moguls ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"). This Terms of Use Agreement ("Terms of Use") describes the terms and conditions that apply to your use of our website and AI-powered content generation services (collectively, the "Service").

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE IN ANY WAY, YOU REPRESENT THAT: (1) YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, (2) YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH COMPANY, AND (3) YOU ARE NOT BARRED FROM USING THE SERVICE UNDER ANY APPLICABLE LAWS.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using The AI Moguls, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Use License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your own personal or internal business purposes.

Under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the Service materials
Use the Service to develop competing products or services
Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transfer the Service or materials to another person or entity
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

3. Account Registration & Age Requirement

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

In order to access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the security of your account.

4. Content Policy & User Conduct

Prohibited Content: You are entirely responsible for all content that you create, upload, or generate using the Service ("Your Content"). The AI Moguls strictly prohibits the creation, upload, or generation of content that:

Contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
Depicts or exploits minors.
Violates intellectual property rights.
Is illegal or promotes illegal activity.
Contains violence, hate speech, or harassment.
Impersonates others without consent or contains malicious code.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Service Ownership: Except for Your Content, Company and its suppliers own all rights, title, and interest in the Service.
Your Content: You grant Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content as necessary to operate the Service.
AI Outputs: Content generated by our AI models ("Outputs") may be used by you for commercial purposes.

6. Credits and Billing

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. The AI Moguls reserves the absolute right to modify, increase, or decrease prices for any of its services at any time. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription purchase if you have used less than 10 credits.

The Mastermind - Non-Refundable Premium Service: The Mastermind subscription and associated premium services are completely non-refundable. Access to any Mastermind resources constitutes the beginning of service delivery.

9. The Mastermind - Non-Disclosure and Conduct Agreement

By subscribing to The Mastermind, you enter into a binding Non-Disclosure and Non-Disparagement Agreement. You agree to keep all proprietary strategies and member information strictly confidential. Violation of these terms will result in immediate expulsion without a refund.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
